Our goal with this site was to evoke everything that the Velveeta Room stands for– homegrown, intimate laughs! I focused on bold design and site animations that highlight their desire to give local comedians a platform to hone their skills. By putting their event listings directly on the homepage we brought focus to their weekly comedy sets. To make updates easier I provided them with a custom platform to smoothly and easily manage content or add future events.
